Singapore: The Lion City

Hi! Welcome back to my blog post! Today, I am going to be talking about Singapore. I was born in Singapore 11 years ago, and it is the place I call home. Everything is here in Singapore. My home, my friends, my school and most importantly, all of my childhood experiences. It’s the place where I feel the most happiness, and where I have a proper sense of belonging.

Personally, I love Singapore for many different reasons. Firstly, I love all the great sights here. For example, Gardens By The Bay, Marina Bay Sands, Jewel Changi and more. All of them are absolutely amazing. At Gardens By The Bay, you can walk around and see the Cloud Forest, Flower Dome, Kingfisher Wetland and more. There is also a light show every day at the Super Trees, which is really spectacular! Jewel Changi is also amazing and has a mirror maze, hedge maze, foggy bowls, walking net, jumping net and slides. They also have a bunch of shops and restaurants, as well as an entire glamping experience. It is really cool !

Singapore’s sights are one thing, but another important aspect of Singapore that I really value is that it is really safe. It is said to be the safest destination in the world, and the crime rate is really low compared to other countries. I personally feel completely safe here, which is great.

Finally, I love Singapore because of how pretty it is. There is so much greenery, and it’s really beautiful, with all the trees and plants. The architecture is also amazing.

All this is truly remarkable because Singapore was built out of marshlands less than 60 years ago ! When you look at Singapore today, it is hard to believe that a rainforest turned into a well developed country in such a short period of time.

In conclusion, Singapore is an amazing country, and I hope all of you visit soon.
